Structural Framework -
• Erect the structural framework, which may include steel, concrete, or wood, based on the design.
• Install columns, beams, and load-bearing walls.
Building Envelope -
• Construct exterior walls, roofs, and windows.
• Ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems -
• Install electrical wiring, lighting, outlets, and switches.
• Set up plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage.
• Install HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
Interior Work -
• Complete interior walls, partitions, and room layouts.
• Install flooring, ceilings, and interior doors.
Finishes -
• Apply finishing materials like paint, wallpaper, and decorative elements.
• Install fixtures such as lighting fixtures, faucets, and hardware.
Final Inspections and Testing -
• Coordinate inspections by relevant authorities to ensure code compliance.
• Test MEP systems for functionality and safety.
Punch List and Corrections -
• Address any issues identified during inspections or testing.
• Complete any remaining work or touch-ups.
Finalization -
• Obtain final approvals and certificates from regulatory bodies.
• Ensure that all systems are operational and the building is safe for occupancy.
Handover -
• Turn over the completed building to the owner or client.
• Provide necessary documentation, including manuals and warranties.
Post-Construction Services -
• Address any post-construction issues or warranty claims.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
